Terms of Use

These terms govern participant access to Event AI Studio™, owned and operated exclusively by CAI Collective Group.

1. Ownership and intellectual property

Event AI Studio™, its AI assistant architecture, system instructions, workflows, frameworks, curriculum, assessments, templates, configurations, and derivative materials are proprietary intellectual property owned by CAI Collective Group. Access provides a limited, revocable, nontransferable license to use the platform. Access does not transfer ownership of the platform, source code, assistant architecture, prompts, frameworks, or other intellectual property.

2. Permitted use of outputs

Participants may use and download the outputs generated from their own information, subject to these Terms of Use. Participants may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, publicly distribute, or recreate the assistants or their underlying system instructions.

3. Single assistant access

Each participant selects exactly one assistant pathway for the course. After confirmation the selection is locked and may only be changed by a CAI administrator. Continued payment renews access only to the assistant originally selected unless CAI Collective Group authorizes an upgrade or separate purchase.

4. Complimentary access and subscription

  • Eligible participants receive 30 calendar days of complimentary access to their selected assistant.
  • At the end of that period a paid monthly or annual subscription is required to continue.
  • If access expires without payment, the account and saved work are preserved, the workspace becomes read-only, new AI requests are disabled, and eligible outputs remain downloadable.
  • Full access is restored immediately after a successful subscription payment.
  • A participant may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless an administrator issues an immediate termination or refund.

5. Confidentiality and uploads

Do not upload protected health information, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or confidential attendee data unless separately authorized and secured.

6. Human review

Assistant output is decision support, not professional advice. Participants are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-assisted deliverables before implementation.

7. Suspension and termination

CAI Collective Group may extend, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion, including for attempts to extract system instructions, configurations, or other proprietary logic.
