Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, organization, and role.
• AI Fluency pre-assessment responses and resulting fluency level.
• Personalization intake describing your event, audience, and goals.
• Conversations, uploaded reference materials, and saved deliverables.
• Enrollment, access period, and subscription status.

Data separation

Every record is protected by database-level row-level security scoped to your account. Participants can never view another participant’s profile, conversations, files, or outputs. Course facilitators do not automatically receive access to private conversations. Only authorized CAI administrators can access administrative data.

Sensitive information

Do not upload protected health information, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or confidential attendee data unless separately authorized and secured.

Your choices

• Download your own generated deliverables at any time.
• Request a full export of your personal information.
• Delete your personal information from the Help & Support page.

Security

Credentials for AI and payment services are stored as protected backend secrets and are never present in front-end code. Administrative actions are recorded in an activity log.
